Cases
Import a patient from a sticker
Photograph the patient sticker and Anaemate fills in the patient's details.
Theatre to consulting room
The doctor application. Capture a case where it happens, then see what has been billed, claimed and paid without contacting the practice.
The information needed to bill a case exists at the moment the case happens, and nowhere else. If it is not captured then, it has to be reconstructed later from a logbook, a memory, or a theatre list that may not reflect what occurred.
Reconstruction is where cases are missed entirely — and a missed case is not a delayed payment, it is income that is never billed at all.
Photograph a patient sticker and the record is created from it, with eligibility confirmed and billing initiated. Theatre lists emailed to your own list address create a whole session at once — Anaemate's trained AI models read the list and do the data entry for you.
Procedures can be reviewed and billing details adjusted from the app before anything is lodged, so a correction does not require access to a desktop.
Billing progress, earnings and outstanding accounts are visible from the app, which means a doctor can answer their own question about an account without an email to the practice.
Access to the app is controlled by the same roles and permissions that govern the web portal. Device, session and multi-factor controls are set out in full on the security page.
